This story is loosly based on an actual team from a small town in Indiana that played for the state title. The Deep End of the Sea: Persuasively performed adaptation of Jacquelyn Mitchard’s best seller in reference to the disappearance of a 3 year old at his mommy’s high school reunion, and his possibile return 9 years later. This 2 part tale is admittedly a whopper, yet it’s addressed in believable style that makes one able to acknowledge it. The Sea Hawk: Top of the line amalgamation with Flynn at his streaking best in venture on the high oceans. Days of Glory: Genuine although trudging WW2 action pitting the Russians versus the Nazis, memorable only as Peck’s big screen debut. Cast includes Gregory Peck, Alan Reed, Maria Palmer, Lowell Gilmore, and Tamara Toumanova. (86 minutes, 1944)
Lawrence of Arabia: Blockbuster biography of enigmatic adventurer T. E. Lawrence is that rarity, an epic film that is additionally proficient.
