Born On The Fourth Of July: A true story that chronicles the life of Ron Kovic. A volunteer in the army, Ron does a tour in Vietnam, where he suffers injuries that leave him paralyzed. After his disturbing treatment by the government, and harrowing experiences in VA hospitals, Ron becomes an anti war activist. He feels completely betrayed by the country that he fought for.
Hoffa: A biography of legendary Teamster supervisor Jimmy Hoffa modified into a should-see by the galvanizing behavior of Nicholson. De Vito pleasures in graphic thrives however rare it involves our sentiments. Nicholson’s baby girl, Jennifer Nicholson, has a tad as a nursing nun in off-white. Bruno Kirby appears unbilled as a nightclub joke. Cast includes Jack Nicholson, Danny DeVito, Armand Assante, J. T. Walsh, John C. Reilly, Blunt Whaley, Robert Prosky, Karen Youthful, and Cliff Gorman.(140 minutes, 1992)
Solar Crisis: Futuristic sci-fi thriller with Matheson leading a spare-the planet mission to the sun to stop a solar flash from annihilating the world. Fine visual effects and suspenseful tale in space harmed by world pranks of poor boy Boyle who preposterously desires to undermine the mission. Cast includes Tim Matheson, Charlton Heston, Peter Boyle, and Annabel Schofield. (112 minutes, 1990)

Angels In The Outfield: Roger Bomman lives in a foster home. When he sees his dad he hopes he can go and live with him. Not being able to just say no, his father says ‘you can come live with me when the Angels win the pennant’. So young Roger prays that night, and asks God to help the Angels win. An angel arrives, and the team starts making incredible plays. Maybe Roger’s prayers will be answered.
